Patricio has developed his professional career in the fields of relocation, marketing, and management of residential and commercial assets with nearly a decade of experience in the real estate sector.

For six years, he was part of a company specialized in the search and hiring of housing for executives of multinational companies relocated to Barcelona along with their families, and he gained a deep understanding of the residential market and the needs of international clients. Subsequently, he joined the sales department of a real estate agency located on Paseo de Gracia, where he specialized in the management and marketing of residential assets.

His knowledge of the real estate market, combined with a strategic vision and an understanding of the particularities of each asset, allows him to identify improvement opportunities and guide management toward the specific needs of each client.
