Graduated in Law from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and with a Double Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law from ESADE Business & Law School, Martí has developed a solid specialization in commercial, financial, and real estate law. He began his career at Uría Menéndez, where he was part of the corporate department advising on corporate and real estate transactions, and structured financing.


At Crandon, he comprehensively leads the investment process: from the analysis and structuring of transaction to their formalization and subsequent management. His approach combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic business vision, allowing him to oversee and optimize each investment, ensuring its proper execution and maximizing returns.


Martí brings to the team a key legal and operational perspective, especially in the regulatory and structural environment of the real estate sector, contributing to the rigorous, solid development of each investment project, aligned with the firm’s value objectives.
