Belén Lassala

Legal Portfolio Manager

A graduate in Law and Global Governance from ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona), with a Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession from Universidad Carlos III (Madrid), Belén began her career as a litigation and arbitration lawyer at Pérez-Llorca, where she spent six years advising on judicial and arbitration proceedings in civil and commercial matters, with particular focus on the enforcement of national and international judgments and arbitral awards.

At Crandon, as Legal Portfolio Manager, she leads the portfolio’s contentious and pre-contentious strategy, working across every phase of the Portfolio team’s investment projects and ensuring efficient debt recovery and cancellation, both through judicial and out-of-court channels.

Belén brings the team a key legal, operational and strategic perspective, helping each project’s divestment proceed with rigor and solidity, aligned with the firm’s strategic and value objectives, and actively contributing to keeping Crandon at the strategic forefront of real estate financing.
