With a diverse background in the financial and real estate sectors, Alejo has developed his career in key roles related to asset management and investor relations. He was City Manager at Hemrun, leading the operations of real estate projects and assets, and previously was part of the Investor Relations team at Orience, specializing in portfolio management and international investor relations. He also worked for more than two years at MG Grupo Inmobiliario, consolidating his knowledge in investment structuring.

At Crandon, he actively contributes to the execution and optimization of private credit transactions, ensuring that each is managed in an agile, efficient, and results-oriented manner. Additionally, he participates in divestment processes, designing repayment strategies that maximize profitability and reinforce the entire investment cycle.
