The Launchpad Program is organized around three development streams.

Each participant has a direct supervisor and a defined work plan.

Executive integration

Participation in work dynamics with senior profiles. Direct exposure to criteria, processes and decision-making.

Projects

Involvement in active projects with specific objectives. Structured teamwork on real business needs.

Areas of specialization

Assignment based on profile and capabilities.
Participation in areas such as analysis, marketing, communication, or technology.

Selection process

The process identifies profiles with motivation and potential.

Personal interview

Evaluation of interests, motivation, and fit with the program.

Group exercise

Practical communication exercise or group dynamics to observe participation and interaction.

Candidates are evaluated on capabilities, judgment and fit with the organization’s culture.
