Program
The Future Leaders Program is aimed at high school and pre-university students who want to have their first contact with the professional environment.
This is not a conventional academic activity. It is an immersion experience combining learning, practice and direct exposure to how work is done in a demanding, purpose-driven environment.

Selection Process
The process is aimed at identifying profiles with the ability to develop in demanding environments.
Personal interview
In-depth conversation aimed at analyzing trajectory, motivations, and way of thinking. Criteria, learning ability, and decision-making are evaluated, as well as the level of demand and fit with the program’s culture.
Case study
Resolution of an exercise that combines analysis, structuring, and critical thinking. The ability to tackle challenges, generate solutions, and work in teams in demanding contexts is valued.
Candidates are evaluated on capabilities, judgment and fit with the organization’s culture.
Development and projection
The program is oriented to students with motivation and willingness to learn.
