Graduated in Business Administration and Law from the University of Barcelona, Mateo has developed a career focused on the real estate sector, combining his legal and financial training with practical experience at firms such as Molins Abogados, Grupo Ferran, and a family-owned estate. Subsequently, he pursued a Master’s in Wealth and Financial Management at IQS while working at Andbank, and later led the real estate investment department at Grupo Ferran. Currently, he is continuing his education with the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession.



At Crandon, he leads the real estate strategy, focusing on optimizing the value of the assets that support financing transactions and identifying new investment opportunities. His work combines analysis, market vision, and execution capability, directly contributing to maximizing returns and defining a long-term sustainable real estate strategy.



Mateo brings a comprehensive perspective, from legal and financial structuring to the creation of tangible value in assets, reinforcing Crandon’s positioning in the Real Estate market.
