Graduated in Economic-Financial Management from ESADE Business & Law School and certified as a MiFID II Financial Advisor, Elena has over 35 years of experience in financial consulting and wealth management. She has held key roles as a stockbroker, fund manager, and specialist in treasury and financial derivatives at La Caixa. Subsequently, he was a private banker at Fibanc for 7 years, and later led a multifamily office project that culminated in his role as CFO of a Single Family Office.
In addition to her experience in the financial sector, Elena has developed a strong teaching vocation, collaborating as a lecturer at ESADE and EFPA, sharing her knowledge with new generations of professionals.
At Crandon, he leads the Meaningful Impact Program, a cross-cutting initiative that integrates sustainability, business ethics, and talent development through four pillars: Talent, Solidarity, Culture, and Wellbeing. Her work drives a purpose-driven corporate culture, aligning the firm’s ESG strategy with the commitment to generate a positive impact both within and outside the organization.
