Ángel Hernández

Board Member

Ángel Hernández holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, with international modules at CEIBS (Shanghai) and IESE New York.


He is currently the Managing Director at Santomera Bay, where he leads the strategic development of the private office and the evolution of the group’s investment portfolio. He oversees initiatives in asset management, private equity, real estate, and debt advisory, working closely with founders, CEOs, and investment teams to define growth plans, structure capital solutions, and professionalize management models.



He began his career in strategic consulting at EY and KPMG, advising financial entities in Europe and Latin America on growth, transformation, and international expansion projects.



Ángel brings to the Board a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and a focus on sustainable value creation, contributing to the long-term growth of the companies in which he participates.
