Graduated in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and with a Double Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law from ESADE Business & Law School, Vidal began his professional career as a finance law lawyer at Cuatrecasas, advising for six and a half years on all types of structured finance transactions, both national and international (among others, corporate financing, real estate, debt purchases, and project finance).\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Likewise, during his time at Cuatrecasas, he spent 7 months in London at the investment firm Veld Capital. There, he was able to deepen his understanding of the operational workings of investment firms and asset managers and had the opportunity to coordinate all types of structured finance transactions, focusing on real estate investment transactions in the Spanish market.\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n
